Jet Stream Cuisine was founded by Melissa Cochran. Melissa has enjoyed her role of a Private Jet Flight Attendant for over a decade, serving Royalty, Dignitaries, Former Presidents, Celebrities and Fortune 500 companies across the nation. Through worldly travels she has been immersed in the culinary delights each city and country have to offer, further fueling her passion to provide these experiences back in her home town of Kansas City and underserved parts of the Mid-West.

As a seasoned Cabin Crew member, she has had the opportunity to work with talented caterers across the globe and really got to know what makes a good In-Flight Service even better. The three top priorities of a Flight Attendant is, Safety, Phenomenal Food and Exceptional Service. Meeting the unique demands we face on a Corporate Jet and providing food for your hungry clients and crew you are proud to serve.
